Our staff at Epps will handle processing the insurance claim and communicating with the insurance claims office for you. All you need is a claim number, and we will do the rest. Because we routinely work with many insurance companies, we are able to communicate about your estimate directly with the claims office. This will allow us to begin repairs on your vehicle, with your consent, as soon as we receive approval.
